IQ Games Centre Android: Netrunner Store Championship



IMPORTANT: Please note this event has been moved to the 26th March to prevent event clashes.

Dive deeper into the futuristic world of cyber crime, megacorporations, bioroids, and clones with our Netrunner Store Championship!


Never played Netrunner before but want to give it a go? Come down to the store on Mondays and Wednesdays from 18:00 and we will be more than happy to teach you how to play.

Time: Registration period: 10.00 - 10.45 First round begins at 11am

Players will require one Runner deck and one Corporation deck both built using the standard rules, and all tokens and cards they will need during the day.

Prize Support will be given out on the day and will contain:

Champion: The winner receives a Store Championship plaque and a card granting one first-round bye at a Regional Championship of the player’s choice.

Top Four: The top four players each receive one playmat featuring Leela Patel.

Top Eight: The top eight players each receive one Criminal deck box.

Top Thirty-Two: The top thirty-two players each receive one Jackson Howard alternate art card.

There will be extra prize support provided and we will be putting all entry back into the prize pool so the more people we get the more prizes we can give out!

The number of rounds will depend on the number of players and will be created using the swiss system: Swiss system details:

After the swiss rounds, there will be a cut to the top in which the top 4 (for 16 or fewer players) or top 8 (for more than 16 players) play double elimination games to determine our store champion!

Parking/ travel: Public transport: We are a 2 minute walk from the train station and just a little further from the bus station. Parking: there is pay and display parking around the shop but can be very expensive and busy on a Saturday, there is an all day car park across from this post code HD1 5BE that is between £4 for the day and is very close to the shop.
